Programmes

Six ways to bring relational intelligence into your work.

Each programme is psychology-led, designed for senior people, and focused on the relationships that actually move careers and outcomes — not the ones that fill calendars.

  • Six 90-min live sessions
  • 1:1 relational diagnostic
  • Cohort cap: 16 people
  • In-person + remote options
Six weeks From £4,800 / seat

  • Q&A optional
  • Custom for industry
  • Available globally
Single session From £12,000
1:1 advisory By application

Senior advisory.

A focused engagement for founders, operating partners, and senior leaders navigating high-stakes relational moments — boards, partners, succession.

  • Bi-weekly 60-min sessions
  • On-call between sessions
  • Confidentiality is the product
  • Three-month minimum
Quarterly By application
Diagnostic Onboarding

The relational diagnostic.

A short, structured assessment of how your network is actually working — strength, density, blind spots — before any programme. Often the best place to start.

  • 90-minute session
  • Network map output
  • Three-recommendation brief
  • For individuals or teams
90 min £480
The method

Diagnose. Develop. Deploy.

Three movements every LFB engagement runs through. Skipping any one of them is the difference between a workshop people enjoyed and a programme people use.

01
Diagnose

Map the network you actually have.

Most networks are wider than they are deep — and concentrated in places that flatter rather than help. Step one is always honest measurement: density, reach, blind spots, and the relationships that are doing the real work.

02
Develop

Build the skills below the skills.

Reading rooms. Repairing tension. Asking better questions. Holding silence. The relational fundamentals that no MBA teaches and no leadership programme isolates — drilled in cohort sessions with peer practice.

03
Deploy

Apply, in the rooms that matter.

Programme work is rehearsal; the real test is on Tuesday afternoon. Each cohort includes structured deployment: live targets, short feedback loops, and a relational practice that compounds long after the programme ends.

Outcomes

Cases. Anonymised. Honest.

Discretion is part of what we sell. Names withheld; numbers, methods, and outcomes are real.

Case · Operating partner team · 11 leaders

From polite to candid — without breaking trust.

Eight-week programme with a private equity firm's operating partner group. We diagnosed the team's relational map, ran four candour-and-repair sessions, and rebuilt their internal network around real working pairs.

Case · Founder cohort · 14 operators

The CEOs who finally talked to each other.

Six-week founder cohort designed to break the polite-distance default. Mid-programme, three pairs of founders had structured candid conversations they had been avoiding for over a year. Two new partnerships emerged.

Questions

Asked, often.

If yours isn't here, the enquiry form is the right place to bring it.

  • Senior individuals and teams: founders, operating partners, GCs, directors, and heads of people. The work is calibrated for people who are already capable — and who suspect their network is wider than it is deep.

  • No. Networking optimises for breadth and surface. Relational intelligence is the underlying capability — reading rooms, building trust, repairing tension, asking better questions, holding silence. Networking events are one place those skills are deployed; they are not the skills themselves.

  • Most leadership programmes treat relationships as a soft adjacent topic. We treat them as the central capability — and we lead the work with a Columbia-trained psychologist, not a generalist facilitator. Cohorts are smaller (16 max), the diagnostic is real, and the practice is structured.

  • Open cohort seats start at £350 (guided networking) and £4,800 (the Relational Operator). Team programmes and senior advisory are scoped on enquiry. Pricing is not the filter — fit is. The diagnostic (£480) is the right place to start if you're unsure.

  • Yes — about half of LFB's work is private. Bespoke cohorts, leadership team off-sites, and ongoing advisory. Send a note via Enquire with a few lines on the team and the moment you're in.

Bring LFB to your team

Start with a conversation — not a contract.

30-min discovery call · No fee · Held by Shazaf personally
  • What we'll cover: the team or moment you're in, what's actually at stake, and whether LFB is the right fit at all.
  • What we won't do: a generic pitch, a sales process, or anything that wastes a senior person's 30 minutes.
  • What you'll leave with: a written note from Shazaf — the diagnosis as we hear it, the recommended path, and an honest scoping range.
