Human-led, end to end

High-performing people are trained to succeed in every area of life — except the one that shapes it most.

Strong relationships propel us forward. Weak ones quietly hold us back. Yet unlike careers, finances, or health, relationships are usually left to instinct, pressure, and systems that prioritise activity over outcomes.

Linkked exists to change that — with the same level of intelligence and intention you bring to every other important decision.

Two sides of the same system

One thesis. Two arenas where it matters.

Professional and personal relationships carry different stakes — but the same underlying skills. Linkked operates across both.

Shazaf Mohamad, founder of Linkked
The founder

Founded by a Columbia-trained psychologist who noticed a pattern most people overlook.

Shazaf has spent her career observing how people think, behave, and decide — under pressure, in high-stakes environments, in moments that require real trust.

Her experience spans healthcare, crisis response, and global technology environments. Across those settings, the same insight kept surfacing: high achievement in one domain does not guarantee maturity in another.

These gaps don't show up on a CV, in a dating profile, or in surface-level assessments. They only become visible through a process with real psychological depth. Linkked is that process.

The three pillars

Changing the way we think, treat, and meet.

A simple framework for a complex problem. Every workshop, every assessment, every conversation maps back to one of these three pillars.

Pillar 01

Think.

Challenge the cultural stigma — and the internal narrative.

It isn’t only what society tells us about being single or unconnected. It’s what we tell ourselves. The attitudes and beliefs we carry shape how we show up — and what we accept.

Pillar 02

Treat.

Raise the standard for how people are treated — and treat themselves.

Well-intentioned pressure erodes judgment. Ghosting, breadcrumbing, and tolerated disrespect are symptoms of a culture that has normalised carelessness. The standard begins externally and continues inward.

Pillar 03

Meet.

Redefine how people find connection — through trust, not volume.

The dominant tools (apps, matchmakers, weak networks) reward speed and surface over depth. Meeting someone — for work or for life — should be a process with integrity.

Voices

What people actually say afterwards.

I've sat through twenty networking events. None of them changed how I think about the people I work with. One LFB workshop did.

The assessment was the most thoughtful conversation I’ve had about my own patterns. I left with clarity I’d been chasing for years.

The movement · #SingleSafety

Personal relationships carry real risk. We treat them that way.

Most people approach the most consequential decision of their lives with less rigour than they bring to a quarterly review. The movement flips the burden: the problem isn't you — it's the environment and the tools you've been given.

Talks, writing, and a public conversation about a new standard — for everyone, not just clients.

Questions

Asked, often.

If yours isn't here, the discovery call is the right place to bring it.

  • A relationship intelligence company — bringing structure, clarity, and integrity to how people build relationships across both work and life.

  • LFB (Linkked for Business) develops relational intelligence in professional settings — workshops, programmes, guided networking. LFL (Linkked for Life) is a private, psychology-led system for personal relationships, built around the Single Safety standard.

  • About 8–9% of applicants. Qualification is based on a deep psychological assessment and a 360-degree reference evaluation conducted personally by Shazaf. Those who don’t qualify are guided to relational readiness coaching or other lower-tier offers.

  • Neither, exactly. LFL is a psychology-led introduction service grounded in deep assessment — closer to concierge medicine than to traditional matchmaking. Coaching is one of the tools we use, not the whole offer.

  • The movement (talks, writing, content) is free and open. Tools and coaching sit between £20 and £500 — workshops, courses, assessments, group programmes. Most people start there.
